My Design Principle

UX Design — Where Product Thinking Meets User Experience

Strong product management starts with understanding users, and that means being fluent in the design layer, not just commissioning it. My UX work spans real-world client projects, volunteer product design, and formal training through Google's UX Design Certificate. I bring a PM's eye to every design decision: who is this for, what problem does it solve, and how do we know it's working? It’s also important to integrate the primary characteristics of good UX - that a product is usable, equitable, enjoyable, and useful. To develop a product with good UX, it’s critical to:

A graphic outlining the steps of: starting with user journey maps and personas, going through prototype stages and UX research, and landing on a mock-up and hi-fi prototype that meets user needs

You can see more information on what’s critical for developing a product with good UX and universal design through this workshop presentation that I recorded for natIgnite 2026. This is a university student hackathon that had a theme of Accessibility, where each student group worked on accessibility problems with external organizations.
