Strong product management starts with understanding users, and that means being fluent in the design layer, not just commissioning it. My UX work spans real-world client projects, volunteer product design, and formal training through Google's UX Design Certificate. I bring a PM's eye to every design decision: who is this for, what problem does it solve, and how do we know it's working?
